Course Overview

A growing demand exists for graduates with professional training who possess a comprehensive understanding of ensuring the safety of food for consumers. Our program is designed to address various aspects of food safety and quality, equipping you to fulfill the current industry requirements. Topics covered include the effective management of food safety and quality throughout the supply chain, as well as the development and implementation of systems to ensure compliance with both local and international regulations. Additionally, during your second year, you have the opportunity to apply for placement with a relevant employer. This course is intended for graduates in related fields or professionals in the food sector looking to enhance their skills and assume managerial responsibilities. Taught by the faculty at the award-winning Natural Resources Institute (NRI), the course is open for applications from the UK for both September and January intakes. Please note that new international applications for September are now closed, but international applicants are welcome to apply for the January intake.
