  2. Skills & Competencies in Addiction Counselling (5 ECTS)

    • Counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches
    • Communication skills and empathy building
    • Ethical considerations in addiction counseling
    • Case studies and practical applications

  3. Contemporary Evidence Based Interventions in Addiction Recovery (10 ECTS)

    • Overview of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment
    • Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
    • Pharmacological interventions and harm reduction strategies
    • Integrating holistic approaches into recovery programs
