  • Description: Modern quality management practices leveraging digital technologies, including data-driven quality assurance, digital tools, and methodologies.

4. Big Data Acquisition and Management

  • Description: Strategies and technologies for acquiring, managing, and governing large datasets, focusing on data sources, storage solutions, and management practices.

5. Business Strategy and Change Management

  • Description: Concepts and techniques for developing business strategies and managing organizational change, emphasizing strategic planning, implementation, and adaptation.

6. Operational Excellence - Lean Sigma 4.0

  • Description: Application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in the context of Industry 4.0, focusing on process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.

7. Analysis of Big Data

  • Description: Techniques for analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, including statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
